On 20 April the Queensland State Archives in conjunction with the Harry Gentle Resource Centre will present the first in our seminar series for 2018. Visiting Fellow Dr Margaret Shield explores the significant impact the Crown Lands Commissions had on land policies and practices, administration of justice, the treatment of Indigenous people and the formation of regional communities surrounding Moreton Bay prior to 1859.
